Norma E. Quintanilla has over 21 years of combined experience in contractual negotiations, budgeting and forecasting, billing management, and clinical research management.

Norma’s leadership in the oversight of gastrointestinal clinical research encompasses inspection of research sites, implementation of research protocol, ensuring federal and state guideline compliance, data management and relationship building with physician investigators and pharmaceutical executives.

Norma received her Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas in San Antonio.
