Jack Hebdon, Jr. brings a wealth of knowledge and 43 years of experience in the areas of financial services, business management and real estate development. He is a CPA licensed in the State of Texas, and a member of the AICPA and Texas Society of CPAs.

Jack spent 15 years in the banking industry, serving as Executive Vice President and CFO of National Bancshares Corporation, a $3.8 billion bank holding company and then spent the next 18 years serving as Senior Vice President and CFO of the Watermark Hotel Company and related subsidiaries. For the past 10 years he has been involved with numerous real estate projects throughout San Antonio and South Texas as a Partner and CFO of Bakke Development Corp.

Throughout his impressive career, Jack has been actively involved with several startup companies, as well as the successful purchase and sale of businesses and large financial packages for both private and public offerings totaling over $8 billion.

Jack received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He went on to graduate with honors from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
